Architected and engineered a custom enterprise relationship management (CRM) and stakeholder intelligence platform designed to centralize organizational contacts, synchronize records across Zoho CRM and manual ingestion streams, and track outreach campaigns. Features multi-source data integration, interactive audience segmentation, and multi-region contact analytics across the Middle East, Europe, and India.
The objective
Enterprise teams required a unified, secure internal directory to manage cross-border stakeholder contacts across 7+ regions, synchronize external CRM records with manual submissions, and track email campaign engagement without reliance on fragmented spreadsheets.
